Elumicate’s outdoor capture network goes live on the IoTeX testnet.
Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada: Elumicate Inc. today announced that they launched their outdoor capture network on the IoTeX testnet blockchain.
Public Participation
Members of the public are now able to start capturing data by installing and running a software package on their Windows 10 or above computer. This will allow them to start tracking and uploading traffic events data, while getting rewarded with ELUM tokens in the process.
The Testnet launch is the final stage of testing before the move is made to the IoTeX Mainnet and participants are accumulating token rewards that will be transferred over to Mainnet at a later date.
Network Use Cases
The Elumicate Network will enable and propel innovation in the outdoor space by providing access to real time data as it pertains to human activity. Access to this data will fuel a deeper understanding and analysis of social behaviors and trends, allowing for solutions to existing everyday problems such as traffic congestion and citizen safety issues.
